Justin H. Smith
Justin Smith joined TAM in October 2022 as a Law Clerk, and became an Associate in October 2023. His practice focuses on defense of general liability claims for businesses, as well as professional liability defense.
Mr. Smith earned his bachelor’s degree in biological science from Colorado State University in 2016. He earned his law degree at the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2022. While in law school, Justin was active in the Buck Colbert Franklin Legal Clinic working on sentencing and commutation matters, and interned with the United States Probation Office for the Northern District of Oklahoma with duties including presentence investigation reports and sentencing recommendations.
Justin is licensed in Colorado state courts.
