Katharine Jensen received her Bachelor’s degree in English with Highest Departmental Honors from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2007. She received her J.D. in 2011 from the University of Denver. While in law school, Katharine served as Senior Editor of the Denver University Law Review and Editor-in-Chief of The Race to the Bottom, a corporate law blog.
Katharine served as a law clerk to the Honorable William D. Robbins of the Denver District Court immediately following law school. Katharine began her practice in a mid-size law firm in Denver where she gained experience in a wide variety of areas, ranging from criminal law to family law to complex commercial litigation.
At TAM, Katharine focuses her practice on general civil litigation, with particular focus in professional liability defense, employment law, and insurance coverage cases.
Katharine was selected to 2016’s Colorado Super Lawyers’ “Colorado Rising Star” class for her work in Professional Liability – Defense, a highly technical area of civil litigation.
