Ms. Neuman is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder and the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she served as a contributor to the Race to the Bottom.

Mandy started with TAM as a law clerk during her 3L year of law school, performing legal research on various disputes involving workers compensation, professional liability, and general civil defense. She also assisted in briefing dispositive issues both as a clerk and under Colorado’s provisional practice rules issued in the wake of COVID. Prior to joining TAM, Mandy served as a law clerk for a regional law firm and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Chris Bachmeyer in the 1st Judicial District Court (Jefferson County).

Mandy focuses her practice at TAM on the defense professional liability claims, insurance disputes, and personal injury defense. She also practices in the area of general commercial litigation, protecting the interests of businesses both large and small. Mandy has past advocacy experience in the fields of environmental and animal law, specifically in the area of threatened and endangered species petitions.
