Rachelle joined TAM in March 2019.  Her practice focuses on employer/employee matters, including claims concerning the employment relationship and defense of general liability claims for businesses.   She also serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Diversity Committee.

Prior to joining TAM, Rachelle practiced for several years in workers compensation defense, and also defending criminal matters.  In Kansas, Rachelle’s practice centered in the areas of criminal defense for both adult and juvenile offenders, as well as family law and acting as an advocate in child dependency and neglect cases.

Rachelle earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Hawaii.  She then earned her law degree at the University of Kansas School of Law.

Rachelle is licensed in the state and federal district courts for both Colorado and Kansas.
