Prior to joining TAM, Mr. Swift practiced general civil litigation in Denver. Before entering private practice, Mr. Swift clerked for the Honorable Elizabeth E. Brown at the United States Bankruptcy Court in Denver.
Mr. Swift has litigated cases at all state and federal levels in Colorado, and has experience in the areas of professional liability, products liability, premises liability, transportation, insurance coverage, bad faith, and other areas of general insurance defense.
Mr. Swift was selected to the Colorado Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars list in 2014 and 2015 in the area of professional liability defense. His practice focuses on general civil litigation.
