Our team has substantial experience in the complexities of construction law and litigation, from design subcontractors up to the master planning design team. We regularly work with our clients in the Notice of Claim phase, and have assembled a network of forensic design professionals who assist us in inspection, evidence preservation and analysis, and comprehensive pre-litigation analysis of design soundness and potential liability issues. TAM has a proven track record of successfully defending through trial multi-million dollar design defect claims brought against both architects and engineers.
