Jason D. Cooper
Jason Cooper joined TAM in April of 2023. His practice focuses on defense of general liability claims for businesses and common carriers, as well as professional liability.
Prior to joining TAM, Jason practiced for several years in commercial litigation, helping clients from numerous industries with complex business disputes, and also advised clients through complicated legal and family issues in estate administration and structuring.
Jason earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Michigan. He then earned his law degree at the University of Marquette School of Law. Additionally, Jason holds an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Denver School of Law. He is licensed in Colorado state court.
