Paul E. Collins elected Managing Shareholder.

Long-time TAM Shareholder Paul E. Collins has been elected the Firm’s next Managing Shareholder.  Mr. Collins succeeds Thomas N. Alfrey as the Firm’s leader, and is only the third Managing Shareholder in TAM’s 25-year existence.

Paul Collins brings to bear on his new post 30 years of litigation experience in both civil and criminal cases throughout the state and the Rocky Mountain west, as well as a background in business administration and business accounting.  Under Mr. Collins’ leadership, TAM is charting a strategic course forward emphasizing both sustainability and a renewed focus on the cost of doing business with the aim to continue TAM’s tradition of value-added and efficient delivery of legal services to our clients.

Tom Alfrey will remain at TAM as Of Counsel, capping an accomplished 45 year career as a litigator in every facet of civil and criminal law.  His knowledge and experience will remain a valuable TAM asset as we move into our next 25 years.
