TAM Shareholder Mark A. Pottinger inducted into Litigation Counsel of America.
On May 10, 2012, Denver attorney Mark Pottinger, of Treece Alfrey Musat, P.C. was inducted into the Litigation Counsel of America at the LCA’s 2012 Spring Conference & Induction of Fellows in Santa Barbara.
Mark has tried cases to verdict in both state and federal court in a number of jurisdictions around the country, as well as before administrative law judges and in bankruptcy court. As a result of his significant litigation experience, he was nominated for induction.
The Litigation Counsel of America is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers.
